The NHL Lock-out has now reached December and there does not seem to be any end in sight. I can not understand how it has gone this far and why the sides are so far apart from each other. There have been talks going on in NYC this week and more and more players have been reporting to these meetings. Let us hope that a solution can be reached so that the season can begin around Christmas and the Winter Classic set for New Year's Day in Ann Arbor, Michigan between the Red Wings and the Maple Leafs, can go on as scheduled.
